Dair-Flip Stomp-like his Melee dair with faster startup. Can spike. Powerful. This move has 3 hitboxes, all meteor smash but the hitbox on his head, and have varying knockback and damage. The one at his head deals 16% damage and spikes powerfully (this is one of the 2 nipple spikes, the other is Captain Falcon) The one at his leg meteors weakly and deals 13% damage. The one on his foot (his biggest meteor hitbox) deals 14% damage and meteors decently. His nipple is the weakest out of the two but the fifth strongest spike/meteor smash in SSB4 WiiU and SSB3DS.
Up Smash-Galaxy Blast-like his up smash in Melee with much higher KB and much stronger vacuum. Has reach on both sides. Can KO at 115% and deals 15-20% damage.
Side Smash- Shadow Blast-like his forward smash with much higher KB. Has a disjointed hitbox. Sweetspotted, it can KO at 100%, sourspotted, it can KO at 125%. This move can be angled. 14-19% damage sourspotted, 19-26% damage sweetspotted.
Down Smash- Shadow Bombs-like his Melee down smash but he blasts two blasts on both sides at the same time. More range in it. KOs at 100% damage. 20-27% damage
Pummel-Hand Zap-like his Melee grab attack. 2-3% damage
Up Throw-Psychic Whirlwind-like his Melee up throw, KOs at 105%. The strongest up throw in SSB4. 11% damage
Forward Throw-Shadow Shot Down-like his Melee fthrow. 12% damage

Down Throw-Tail Smack-Mewtwo’s Melee down throw. 8% damage. Chaingrabs very well.
B-Shadow Ball- like his Melee shadow ball but travels in a straight line when fully charged. Has recoil like it did in Melee. KOs at 100%. 5-25% damage
Up B-Teleport-like his Melee teleport with less lag.
Side B-Psycho Cut-creates a blade of psychic energy on arm and rushes forward. If hit foe, will send them vertically and a bit horizontally. Spikes weakly in mid-air. Can lead to a nipple spike dair. 12% damage
Down B-Barrier- creates a ball of blue psychic energy around himself. The move jets him upward but can be curved like Lucario’s Extremespeed. It however, is often out prioritized by many attacks. It reflects projectiles. 14% damage
Super Smash-Psychic-shoots a laser of light at the foe. Then Mewtwo will rush to the foe and grab them. He will electrocute them 4 times, dealing 2% each zap. He then uses his back throw, but boosted by a charged Shadow ball. (Regardless if he has one or not). 40% damage
Final Smash-Psystrike-Mewtwo jumps in the air and summons 10 lightning bolts to come down from the sky. The bolts do 10% damage. Then giant tornadoes come and bring foes to the middle of the stage where a huge lightning bolt will do 25% damage and heavy hitstun. Then, giant waves come in a wash away the foes at a low trajectory. It is a multiple hit wave, like Piplup’s Surf, the max dealing 100%. 135% damage
